Yannira Catania is the Owner and chief operator of Tour of Flavors. She is a cheese, charcuterie, and fruit connoisseur, with over ten years experience in the artisanal food space. Training alongside New York and New Jersey's finest sommeliers and fromagiers, and mingling with some of the most sought after foodie influencers, Yannira has a love for flavor pairings and dazzling displays. Starting by making cheese boards for family gatherings in 2010, Yannira's friends began asking to hire her for their events and special occasions. Soon, Yannira was making multiple boards per week for birthday parties, weddings, bridal showers, and more! Taking joy in the detailed and aesthetic work of creating each board, Yannira is excited to build you and your loved ones the perfect center piece for your next event!
